Mary Figliulo has been working on computers since... well, since COBOL in the late 1970's. She has extensive experience in Windows OS support: 3.1 up to and including Windows 7 and Server 2008. In addition to OS support, she can help with Office 2010, anti-spyware, Anti Virus and other software installs.
